A huge American flag fluttered on a warship in the port of Quebec at pier number 22

A huge American flag flew on a warship in the port of Quebec at pier number 22. The huge American flag attracted all the attention of passersby. A warship arrived with a brass band and flags. Figures in white robes glowed against the background of a gray ship. These were sailors. The painting was painted en plein air. The artist looked out the window, which looked directly onto the ship and pier number 22, and painted this picture. The ship stood on this pier for several days, and opposite there is a gallery where this picture was painted and then put on display in the window. Dozens of sailors passed by this window and no one showed any desire to look at their ship, on which they spend all their time. The sailors went to the ancient city and returned with bags of cheap Chinese-made souvenirs, with bags from McDonald's and Smith Cafe. But not a single sailor from the three ships standing there showed any desire to go into the art gallery. I am an artist who painted this picture and watched all this action through the huge ancient windows of my gallery, and now I am sharing my feelings with you. I ordered a frame for this painting and now it will take its rightful place on the shelves of my gallery and will await people who are not devoid of romance, people who not only eat in cafes and hang out with girls, but are also interested in art, music, and culture. In the picture I tried to convey the feeling of celebration, grandeur, and attracting the attention of passers-by. When the ship docked, music played, a huge flag with very recognizable colors was raised, so that no one would have any doubts about which country this ship belongs to. I saw the surprised and interested eyes of passers-by and tourists. I put all these emotions and sensations into this picture. Thanks for watching.
