Gentle sunset in pastel colors in Rimouski, original painting in the plain air

The setting sun envelops in a gentle veil, slightly breaking through the haze of the sky and dense clouds. Trying to catch the fast sailing sun, I began to paint the landscape right in my motor. Then, going out into the street, realizing that the colors go more into pink and peach, I improved this work from memory already at home. It was a beautiful pier in the town of Rimouski, where the most beautiful and elegant lighthouse on the coast soars proudly like an eagle over the river.
